SupportCandy Easy Digital Downloads is an add-on that integrates the Easy Digital Downloads plugin into SupportCandy. It is built for stores running Easy Digital Downloads that use SupportCandy for customer support, connecting purchase data with the ticketing workflow.
Once installed, the add-on introduces two new custom field types, EDD Product and EDD Order. You can use these types to create custom fields and add them into the ticket form. When customers create a ticket, they can select a product or an order, which helps them point support directly at the purchase they need help with.
The integration also works on the store side. Customers see a Get Help button on the purchase history page, and clicking it redirects them to the Support page with the order auto-selected in the ticket form. On the agent side, order details can be accessed within the ticket itself, so agents can view the customer's order history, total spent, and related information without leaving the ticket. This gives both customers and agents the order context they need during support conversations.
